How do I pick my size?
We suggest you start with your go-to size > check the fit > check the size chart to make sure it will be as loose or fitted as you personally prefer. And if that doesn’t work, use the chat option, helping to pick a size is our not-so-secret superpower.

My package was returned to sender?
If your package is returned to the sender due to incorrect address input, there are a few things that could happen to depend if you still want your order:
- We can resend the package once it is returned, with an additional shipping charge and possibly the return fee.
- We will refund your order minus the shipping and possibly the return fees.
*Please note there is a return-to-sender fee that we are charged by the courier when this happens, so please be sure to enter the correct address at the time of order.
If your package is returned to the sender due to a courier error, we will work with the courier to have this corrected and resent.
Do you have a pick-up option?
We do not have that option as we are online only.
Do you ship in individual plastic bags?
We are still plastic-free and do not store or ship in individual plastic bags.
What if my package is lost?
Once the carrier picks up the package, it is their responsibility for lost, delayed and/or misplaced packages; however, we will do whatever we can to help should anything happen.
If needed, we will submit a ticket for an investigation with the carrier and will do our best to ensure your new items get to you. (Please note these investigations generally take up to 5-10 business days to be settled)

What if my item is defective?
When something arrives already ruined (for whatever reason), if you notice a knitting hole, stitches are unfinished, or something else after approx 1 or 2 wears.
Unfortunately, we cannot fix items after regular wear and tear come into play (worn holes, popped stitches, or tears are all examples). We try our best to make clothes that last but wear and tear is very different for all, and we cannot guarantee a length of time for any garment.
Unfortunately, we are not large enough to fix items or offer refunds for items that have been worn or show regular signs of wear. If you like, you can email us (at help@wearfranc.com) with photos, but be prepared if your order is more than a week or two old and shows signs of regular wear and tear, we may not be able to accept it for a fix.
General FAQ
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, within one hour, we can make changes, and we can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Please email us as soon as you realize you need to make a change, and we will see what we can do!
What kind of fabrics are your items made in?
We use a Tencel/Organic Cotton/Lycra blend fabric, as we grow and are able to meet high minimums we hope to be able to make that blend, even more, eco-friendly and add more fabric choices to our lineup. We focus on natural fibre fabrics that feel great, are comfortable, can be machine washed (in cold) and hangs in all the right ways off bodies. Where are your fabrics made?
All our fabrics are be knit and dyed (using Bluesign dyes) in Toronto, using TENCEL blended yarns that have been spun and dyed specifically for us.

Where do you get your raw material? Where do you source your fabric from?
Our fabric is custom knit and dyed for us here in Toronto. As for the material, the TENCEL is from Austria, and our GOTS Organic Cotton is from Turkey. Both materials are spun into yarns in a certified facility in Turkey.
Pre-orders: Will all my items ship together?
You are more than welcome to purchase in-stock and preorder items in the same order, but please note that all items will ship together once in stock.
Why? We are a sustainable brand and offset all carbon from shipping orders, so shipping is carbon neutral, and we can only offset one shipment per order.
Pre-orders: Can you explain the pre-order "stages"?
The first preorder stage will happen before we book production, and will run for 7-10 days. This allows you the chance to choose the colours and sizes you want - and we will secure your order when we book production. Furthermore, since this is incredibly sustainable and helps us not to overproduce, we will reward you with 15% off if you purchase during this stage.
The second preorder stage will be ongoing while productions are happening. You can purchase from the colours and sizes currently being cut and sewn. This way, you do not have to wait or run the risk of items selling out. Since you are ordering early, we will reward you with 10% off.
Lastly, once the items are in stock, you can order based on what is left on hand - often, some sizes might have already sold out. In-stock items are at full price.

Launching in tiers will ensure we do not overproduce (more sustainable) and we produce what you want while being able to reward you for shopping sustainably and help ease our price increases.
Pre-orders: Can I return Pre-order items?
Yes, definitely. But since it is sustainable to shop during a pre-order, it's always best to try to refrain from unneeded returns when possible (though we know most returns fit under the needed category) since returns can be hard on the environment and expensive. But of course, NO SHADE when they are required.
