Please note all sales are final, as we are working to wind down and close our doors at the end of 2024 - and cannot accept returns once our doors are closed. We want to make sure you are happy with your FRANC order. Simply submit a request via returns@wearfranc.com. Holiday gifts must be returned by January 8th to qualify for the return window. Regular-Priced Orders: - Email your return request to returns@wearfranc.com within 30 days of your order date: return for store credit or refund to the original payment method. -Pre-Order Returns: These can be returned, within 30 days of your delivery date. -After 30 days: unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns. -Use the discounted return labels or choose a drop-off location; the return shipping/drop off cost will be subtracted from your refund Sale/Discounted Orders: -Email your return request to returns@wearfranc.com within 30 days of your order date for store credit; unless otherwise stated you can return sale items for store credit. Please note some sale items are listed as Final Sale (these are items marked as final sale or discounted for 36% off or more) -Final sale items are marked as such on the product page or in the sale details/T&C of the sale details. Or mail-in using your own label (we cannot accept packages that have a C.O.D) How to Request a Return: Email returns@wearfranc.com, with your order number and the email address used to make your purchase and the items you would like to return or exchange. Once your return label is emailed be sure to have your package post-marked and sent (or dropped off) within 14 days.
